Fish tacos are one of my favorite kinds of tacos. Grilling them instead of breaded and fried makes this really healthy. Most white fish will work well grilled, even salmon and tuna. Just make sure it’s the freshest you can afford. Top with your favorite toppings or make your own mango salsa. Don’t forget the cilantro!

Ingredients (for 6 servings)
Entree: Grilled White Fish Tacos
- 3-4 white fish fillets
- 1 bunch of cilantro – chopped
- 1 small onion – diced
- 1 can black beans – drained and rinsed
- 1 avocado – sliced
- 1 lime – sliced
- Sour cream
- Brown rice
- Salt & Pepper
- Cayenne or chili powder
- 12 small or 6 large flour or corn tortillas
Mango Salsa
- 1 ripe mango – diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro – chopped
- 1 medium red onion – diced
- 1 jalapeno – diced
- 1 lime – juiced
- Salt & Pepper
