Ingredients:
- 1-2 lbs pork tenderloin, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 large onions, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 large green peppers, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 bottle of teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & Pepper
- 15 minutes to prep
- 20 minutes to cook
Prep (15 min)
- Cut all the ingredients into bit-sized cubes, about 1 inch square
- Toss all the ingredients with the ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, and half of the teriyaki sauce
- Assemble the kabobs by alternating the ingredients
- Brush assembled kabobs with the rest of teriyaki
Cook (20 min)
- Pre-heat grill to medium heat
- Grill kabobs until cooked through, turning every 1-2 minutes
- While grilling, cook some rice to serve as a side and maybe a fresh cucumber salad
Serve
- Remove items from kabobs or if smaller, serve individually on the plate
- Add rice and salad
- Enjoy!
