Ingredients:
- One pre-made fresh pizza dough, whole wheat
- 10 slices of hard salami
- 20 slices of pepperoni
- 2 cups of spinach
- 5 slices of provolone cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Italian seasoning & garlic powder
- Spray olive oil
- 2 cups pasta sauce
- 10 minutes to prep
- 25 minutes to cook
Prep (15 min)
- Spread out the dough into a long rectangle
- Spray top side with olive oil and flip
- Spread with ricotta cheese
- Layer salami, provolone, spinach, pepperoni, and mozzarella (in that order)
- Close up dough and tuck the ends over. Seal well.
- Spray with olive oil and flip over
- Season with garlic powder and Italian seasoning
Cook (20-25 min)
- Pre-heat oven to 400 F
- Cook until golden brown. Check after 15 minutes
Serve
- Let sit for 5 minutes before cutting
- Serve with a side of heated pizza or pasta sauce for dipping
